This Privacy Policy explains how NorthGravity, Inc. ("NorthGravity," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information when you use the NorthGravity Excel Add-In (the "Add-In").
This Privacy Policy applies solely to the NorthGravity Excel Add-In distributed through the Microsoft Store and used within Microsoft Excel. It does not apply to other NorthGravity products, services, or websites unless explicitly stated.

We use information and telemetry collected through the Add-In and NorthGravity’s Google Analytics web tool for the following purposes:

Sample or demonstration data made available through the Add-In is provided solely for evaluation, research and testing purposes.
Users may only access client or proprietary data for which they have explicit authorization. Unauthorized use, copying, commercialization, or redistribution is prohibited.
10. Prohibited Use and Data Exfiltration
The Add-In must not be used to engage in unauthorized data scraping, bulk extraction, reverse engineering, or circumvention of access controls.
NorthGravity reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Add-In in cases of suspected abuse, unethical behavior, or violation of applicable laws or policies.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be reflected by an updated "Last Updated" date.
Continued use of the Add-In after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
